Supported platforms

  • Bluesky
  • Mastodon (any instance)
  • X (Twitter)
  • Facebook (Pages)

All platforms use OAuth — AgBlogger never stores your social media passwords.

Connecting accounts

  1. Go to Admin → Social in the web UI
  2. Click Connect next to a platform
  3. Authorize on the platform’s login page
  4. You’re redirected back — the account is now connected

For Mastodon, you’ll be asked for your instance URL (e.g. https://mastodon.social) before the login page. For Facebook, you’ll be asked to choose which Page to connect after logging in.

You can disconnect at any time from the same panel.

Sharing a post

Cross-posting is available for published posts (not drafts).

  1. Open a post in the editor
  2. Scroll to the Cross-posting section
  3. Click Cross-post
  4. Edit the text if needed, select target platforms, and confirm

Results (success or error) are shown immediately for each platform.

Character limits: Bluesky 300, X 280, Mastodon 500, Facebook unlimited. The dialog shows live character counts.

Cross-post history

Each post’s editor page shows a log of past cross-posts — which platforms it was shared to, whether each succeeded or failed, and when.
